Day 3...We woke up again bright and early... todae is 14/04/2007, a Saturady... we went for our usual morning breakfast and decided to go down to Chatuchak!! yeah... i jiu yang da ming chatuchak so long finally can c how it looks like! heard its the size of 8 football fields!! anyways, we went in seperate cabs and reached the place at around 930am BKK time... we started our crazy shopping spree and buy buy buy again... this time thou, the weather was extremely HOT! walking inside Chatuchak made us sweat... the heat was rather unbearable... furthermore, it was reali a huge place and we could not rmb where we walked!! the funniest part was when we wanted to buy shorts... they had no fitting room but we wanted to try on before buying... so we wore the shorts over the shorts we were wearing! we looked super comical! especially since we were in the middle of the path and there were 5 of us doing so... bleah... but Denise could not tolerate the heat so we had to leave shortly after.... we took a picture with one of the shop owners who even posed n turned to look at the camera!!
we decided to head back to our fave Platinum fashion mall but during the journey, Denise suddenly said she was not feeling welll so we had to change our plans to return to the hotel! she vomitted and slept and at around 230pm BKK time she was recharged and ready to go SHOPPING! we reached platinum, this time by taxi and went for our lunch... char, hsin ching and kelly wanted to go and see the things we already saw ytd, but me and steph and denise wanted to explore new shops.. so in the end, we split up... but they took a super duper long time!! coz the mall was very huge, we decided that we would onli explore lane 7... but they took more than half an hour! i dun tink we needed such a long time juz to c lane 7... haha.. in the end we shopped around and they finally came down... i saw this dress which i reali reali reali liked but apart from me and myself, noone wanted me to buy it.. so i didn't.... but i reali liked it!! =( in the end we left Platinum at about 6pm BKK time and headed to Big C... on the waythere, some guy squirted water at me and nearly got my camera wet!! here are some pictures taken along the way...
upon reaching pratunum, the first shop we ran to was the bra shop!! hahaha.. its much cheaper in Thailand compared to Singapore.. we spent more den an hour choosing and trying them on... poor Armani.. tink he muz b bored!! but all of us had shou huo!! haha... tink the 6 of us spent more than 10000baht in total for the two days juz buying bras... oopz... i still post it online!! haha... den we went to this jap restaurant for dinner... cheap!! one bento set in a jap restaurant for 99 baht nett?? that works ut to around 4++ sing dol... yummy too... den we went to Big C hypermart... and bought more bras.... hahahaha!! after that i bought more HU BIAO ko yeo and some of us got donuts for supper... yummy... by then already 10pm BKK time so we headed back to the hotel...we tried to hail a cab but BKK cab like to cheat tourist money... alot of them did not wan to charge by meter but instead quoted their price... in the end, we found one uncle willing to run by meter... but the traffic was quite bad and he wanted us to pay 60baht instead of the 53baht on the meter.. so we paid... den we reached the hotel and after eating and showering and the sticking of my HU BIAO we went to sleep... snore... day 3 ended...
